Terms of Service

These terms describe how Taleki works today. They are a working draft prepared for the platform owner and have not been reviewed by a lawyer.

Your account

You need a Taleki account to save progress, keep a library, collect rewards or publish stories. Keep your sign-in details private — activity on your account is treated as yours. You can stop using Taleki at any time.

Reading on Taleki

Stories are made available by their authors. Some chapters are free and some may be unlocked with coins where the author has enabled paid chapters. Availability of any story can change if the author unpublishes it or if Taleki removes it for a policy reason.

Writing and publishing

Authors keep ownership of the work they upload. By publishing on Taleki you give Taleki permission to host, display, format and promote that work on the platform for as long as it stays published.

You must have the right to publish what you upload. Plagiarised work, work published without permission, and work that infringes someone else's rights may be removed.

Content standards

Stories must be classified honestly, including age rating and content warnings. Content that is illegal, depicts the sexual exploitation of minors, incites violence, or targets people with hatred is not permitted and will be removed.

Coins

Coins are a prepaid balance used inside Taleki. They have no cash value outside the platform and cannot be transferred between accounts. How purchases are charged and how refunds are handled is set out in the Payment & refund terms.

Suspension and removal

Taleki may unpublish a story, restrict an account, or remove content that breaks these terms or the content standards above. Where possible we tell the affected author what happened and why.

Changes to these terms

Taleki may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to you.

Needs owner and legal confirmation

The following require confirmation by Taleki's owner and a qualified adviser before publication as final terms: governing law and jurisdiction, the registered operating entity and its address, minimum age to hold an account, limitation of liability and warranty wording, dispute-resolution process, author payout terms, and any statutory consumer rights that apply where readers live.

Draft for owner review — not legal advice.
